City of Avondale launches AviWise, new citizen tool #AviWise
Requesting services or reporting issues like potholes, downed trees, cracked sidewalk or graffiti is now much easier, thanks to a new digital reporting system launched today.
The City of Avondale has digitized and centralized its customer reporting system via a new online portal, called AviWise. AviWise allows residents and businesses to submit general questions and non-emergency service requests – all from the convenience of your smartphone, and online. That request is then sent directly to the appropriate city department for staff to address the issue.
AviWise is an upgrade to an older reporting system that was previously utilized by the city. With the new portal, users can create an account and log in to see updates to their requests which is accessible 24/7/365. The portal can be accessed at www.avondaleaz.gov/AviWise. The portal is also available on Google Play, and coming soon to the Apple App Store.
AviWise allows users/residents and businesses to pinpoint the issue location, attach photos from a mobile device, and receive automatic notifications of status updates as your requests are handled. Citizens can also link directly to the City’s social media and view information from the City’s website from the App.
