The Avondale Police Department Victim Services Unit is here to support individuals and families during some of life’s most difficult moments. Our mission is to provide compassionate, respectful assistance while helping victims understand their rights, explore available options, and connect with supportive resources.

We recognize that every person’s experience is unique. Our professionally trained victim advocates meet individuals where they are and respect each person’s values, beliefs, and lived experiences. Our goal is to offer support that is thoughtful, inclusive, and responsive to the diverse communities we serve. No one should have to face trauma or the justice system alone.
