Pursuant to ARS § 9-499.15, notice is hereby given that the Avondale City Council will meet on June 3, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chamber at 11465 W. Civic Center Dr. to consider a request to raise its primary property taxes, consider a resolution adopting the city’s budget, and consider a request to approve the 2019-2020 fee schedule. All water and sewer charges will continue to be the responsibility of the account holder until the City is notified in writing to close the account and stop service.   

The OFF Request must  be a written request via email , fax, in person, or the online submittal.

Any person who desires to discontinue the use of water shall file written notice with the city clerk at least three (3) days in advance of intended termination of service. Responsibility for water consumed extends to the time of departure or to the time specified for departure, whichever occurs last. (Code 1971, § 16-4-1)
