To start water/sewer/refuse(trash) services, a completed application and supporting documentation* must be submitted.

Residential applicants can use the Online Residential Utilities Application, or submit a paper application (English or Spanish) via fax, email, mail, or in person at the One Stop Shop area at Avondale City Hall.

Commercial applicants can submit a paper application (English or Spanish) via fax, email, mail, or in person at the One Stop Shop area at Avondale City Hall.

A Temporary 3 Day Application (English or Spanish) can be submitted via fax, email, mail, or in person at the One Stop Shop area at Avondale City Hall.

*Supporting Documentation Required:

  • TENANT: Copy of ENTIRE SIGNED LEASE agreement and owner information.
  • OWNER: Proof of Ownership - deed, closing disclosure, or settlement statement.
  • PROPERTY MANAGER/REALTOR: Property Management Agreement or Listing Agreement.

Once the above requirements are complete, we will provide a NEW account number, service fee/deposit amount (due at sign-up), and payment options (online, phone, in-person).
