Notice of Intent to Assess Development Impact Fees
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 9-463.05, the City of Avondale, Arizona, hereby gives notice that it may adopt a resolution to impose new wastewater development impact fees per the Land Use Assumptions and Infrastructure Improvement Plan adopted by the City Council on November 17, 2025.
The City Council of the City of Avondale, Arizona will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to consider comments from the public on the proposed Development Fees on Monday, January 12, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 11465 W. Civic Center Drive, Avondale, AZ 85323.
A written report supporting the update to the impact fees, including the land use assumptions, infrastructure improvement plans, and maximum supportable fees are available for viewing on the City’s website at https://www.avondaleaz.gov/government/departments/finance-budget/fy2025-wastewater-impact-fee-update. Hard copies are also available for review at the City Clerk’s Office, 11465 W. Civic Cener Drive, Avondale, AZ 85323.
