New Impact Fees Effective June 17, 2023
The City of Avondale City Council on April 3, 2023 adopted revised development impact fees. Per ARS 9-463.05, the revised impact fees will become effective June 17, 2023. If a developer submits a site plan for a development outside the BLVD specific plan on or after June 17, 2023, the development will be subject to the city’s revised development impact fees. If a developer has submitted a site plan for development outside the BLVD specific plan to the city prior to June 17, 2023, the development will be subject to the development impact fees effective August 1, 2019. The development impact fees effective June 17, 2023 are based on the city’s Infrastructure Improvement Plan and Land Use Assumptions adopted on January 9, 2023 and the Development Impact Fees report adopted April 3, 2023.
