Public Hearing on Proposed Development Impact Fees

Post Date: 11/14/2018 - In accordance with Arizona Revised Statute 9-463.05, the City of Avondale is holding a public hearing to accept comments on the proposed development impact fees. The public hearing will be held at Avondale City Hall at the City Council meeting scheduled:  Monday, January 14, 2019,  City Hall Council Chambers, 11465 W. Civic Center Drive, Avondale, Arizona 85323 at 7:00 pm.  City Council reviewed the Land Use Assumptions and Infrastructure Improvement Plan on Monday, October 15, 2018.

How To: Apply for a Permit Online

  • Property owners, contractors and designers can set up an account in Avondale Accela Citizen Access which will require information including an email address and password.
  • Begin an online application by selecting the Building/Engineering/Fire tab or the Planning tab depending on your record type. If the record type is not found on list, view more Forms & Applications.
  • Complete the application screens, upload any documents such as site plan, construction plans, and submit the application. Please do not include any special characters in the project names. Please ensure proper encryption of files.
  • Once the application is submitted, it will be reviewed by City Staff and you will be notified of the next step in the process either by email or phone.
  • Once your application has been approved you will be notified by staff to process the payment; after which you will be contacted by staff when your permit is ready to print.
