The 2025 Avondale Strategic Plan was designed with the vision and guidance from the Avondale City Council, and crafted with input from engaged residents, stakeholders and key personnel across the city’s organization. The 2025 Avondale Strategic Plan represents a cohesive and intelligent approach to continuing on the path to success for Avondale: to attract new growth and development to the City, while maintaining Avondale's unique, caring, and welcoming qualities. 

With the understanding that the Core Purpose of our organization is all about Making Lives Better, this Strategic Plan is built on five major Strategic Outcome Areas that the City Council identified as priorities.
