Field Trips to City Hall

Our city receives request from local elementary and high schools to visit city hall through an educational tour. During the tour, students get an insiders look at City government. All locations listed below, with the exception of the Fire Station, are located at the Civic Center campus at 11465 West Civic Center Drive, Avondale AZ 85323.

 Location  what's included?
City Court Learn how the Municipal Court process works.
Council Chamber Learn how City Council makes decisions in the official City Council Chamber.
Fire Station* Learn fire safety from the professionals and tour a working fire station.
Library Learn all the Library has to offer & check out a book!
Police Department Learn all the ways the Police Department keeps you safe.
Amphitheater Take a break & have some lunch on the grass.
