City Prosecutor's Office

Under the direction of the City Attorney, the City Prosecutor is responsible for prosecuting misdemeanor offenses in the City of Avondale, including traffic violations, criminal complaints, DUI, violations of Avondale City Code, and misdemeanor violations of state law within the City.

Description of Responsibilities

The Avondale City Prosecutor prosecutes all misdemeanor offenses occurring within the City of Avondale.  Mr. Kuffner is in Avondale City Court on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
