Avondale Hosts Country Night as Part of Mercados and Melodies Series

The City of Avondale will host Country Night, a free, family-friendly event, Friday, March 20, from 6–9 p.m. at the Avondale Civic Center Amphitheater, 11465 W. Civic Center Drive. Food and merchandise will be available for purchase. The event is part of the city’s Mercados and Melodies series.

The evening will feature live music by Leon Majcen, a modern-day folksinger, and The Grant Brothers, a Phoenix-based country duo known for contemporary interpretations of country music.
Activities include mechanical bull rides, line dancing, crafts, country-themed giveaways, and a night market with more than 20 vendors. Food trucks will serve barbecue, nachos, and treats. Attendees may also participate in a survey raffle, with prizes including two tickets to a Zach Bryan concert.
