Avondazzle Lights Up Avondale for the Holidays

The City of Avondale invites the community to experience the magic of the season with the Avondazzle Holiday Light Displays, illuminating both Old Town Avondale and Avondale Civic Center. The displays will operate nightly from Sunday, December 7 through Thursday, January 1, 2026, offering families a festive and memorable holiday destination.

This year introduces Lights on Western, an expanded Avondazzle location featuring wrapped trees, festive pole decorations, and a holiday tree in Sernas Plaza. The dazzling new installation stretches along Western Avenue from Dysart Road to Central Avenue, bringing added holiday cheer to the heart of Avondale’s historic corridor.

At the Civic Center, visitors can stroll through the glittering lights, take in dazzling displays across the complex, and enjoy the show on the centerpiece of the installation—a synchronized Christmas tree, which dances to holiday music every 30 minutes. The light display will be illuminated nightly from 5–10 p.m., allowing guests ample time to visit, take photos, and enjoy the festive atmosphere. Guests are encouraged to bring a blanket or chair, along with their own treats, to enjoy the nightly show in front of City Hall.
