Parkside Village PL-18-0296 Neighborhood Meeting

You are invited to attend a neighborhood meeting to discuss Application PL-18-0296 Parkside Village, a request by Ms. Jordan rose, Rose Law Group, for a Major Amendment to the Parkside Village Planned Area Development (PAD). The proposed request concerns approximately 163 gross acres of property located at the southwest corner of Indian School Road and 99th Avenue. The current PAD zoning allows for a mix of uses, including single-family detached homes, attached townhomes, apartments, retail/commercial, and office. The amendment, if approved, will reconfigure open space within the proposed development, modify single-family residential lot sizes and product types, modify development and design standards, and revise project phasing.

At the meeting, the applicant and/or his representative will be available to answer questions and solicit comments on this request. This is not a public hearing and no official action will be taken.

Please feel free to contact staff if you would like to learn more or provide input on this request.
