The Arizona Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration invite members of the public to a formal public hearing to review and comment on the findings of the Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) and the Initial Design Concept Report (DCR) for State Route 30 between Loop 303 and Loop 202. If constructed, SR 30 would function as another transportation route in Goodyear, Avondale, Phoenix and parts of unincorporated Maricopa County.

The public hearing will include an interactive visual animation and an opportunity to comment for up to three minutes before a formal study panel. Comment forms and court reporters will also be available to document public input for the study record. Project team members will be available at the open house to address questions.

The draft EA and the DCR evaluate the recommended build alternative as compared to the no-build (or “do-nothing”) alternative. Both documents, and other relevant supporting documents, will be published at azdot.gov/SR30 and available for public comment from April 17 through June 3, 2019.

The draft EA and DCR are available for review from April 17 through June 3, 2019 at the following repository locations or on the study website at azdot.gov/SR30:
