Topics to be presented at this summit:

New Community Association Case Law in 2017/2018-Mulcahy Law Firm, P.C.-The Arizona Court of Appeals has issued several recent opinions on the legalities of how to run associations.  During this class, a Mulcahy Law Firm, P.C. attorney will discuss the facts in each case, how the judges decided each case and key takeaways from each case.   There will also be a free Q and A on the new case law and any other community association law related topic as a part of the class.

Fraud and Embezzlement-Mulcahy Law Firm, P.C.-
Associations can and should understand the risk they might face to help prevent the association from falling victim to theft or fraud. This class will identify steps and actions that board members can take, such as what misappropriation of funds looks like, what are perceived opportunities, warning signs, working with the management company and a list of accounting and financial controls that the association should have in place.

Legislative Updates-A Mulcahy Law Firm, P.C. community association attorney will explain and remove the confusion from each of the community association bills passed in the most recent legislative session. The steps required of your association to reach compliance will be spelled out.
