Arizona Department of Veterans Services: Arizona Roadmap to Veteran Employment

Avondale, a recognized Arizona Veteran Supportive Employer (AVSE), has over 5,000 service members and veterans who reside in Avondale. Our “Avondale Connects Vets” directory was created for these men and women who voluntarily chose to serve and make sacrifices in support of our nation’s armed forces. This directory specifically aims to connect service members, veterans, caregivers, and families to services and resources ranging from legal assistance, medical support, career advice, and much more that are found in our own community and in the West Valley. The “Avondale Connects Vets” directory is just one aspect of our commitment shared by our national, state, and local partners to express our thanks to those who served our great nation.
