About the Committee
The Capital Improvement Plan Citizens Committee is charged with the responsibility of reviewing the capital improvement plan (CIP) and make recommendations to the City Council regarding the projects included therein. The Committee meets two to three times a year in late February.
For purposes of this committee, the City is divided into five zones and ideally each zone is represented. View CIP Zone Map.
